Delete your data

Delete your app data at any time. Here’s what is removed, what is kept, and how to ask for help.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open Privacy & your data

Open OncoVOIS. On the Home screen, tap Privacy & your data.

  2. Choose Delete all my data

Tap Delete all my data. Read the explanation before continuing.

  3. Confirm deletion

Tap Delete everything. When it is done, the app says “Everything was deleted.”

If the app says it could not delete your data, check your internet connection and try again. Deleting is permanent.

What is deleted

  • Your reports and their files
  • The details read from them
  • Your conversations
  • Medicines, symptoms and appointments
  • Your profile
  • Your phone's identifier

This can't be undone.

What is kept

  • Requests you sent to the CancerFax team, for example an expert review or help with funding. The team keeps its copy so it can help you. To remove those too, message CancerFax on WhatsApp.
  • An access log that records that files were deleted, without their content.

Uninstalling isn't deleting

Uninstalling removes OncoVOIS from your phone, but does not delete what is stored on our servers. Use Delete all my data first.
